OMG ! 😆 I LOVE this game!— I love the sizable,varied and multi-themed array of and over crowded lobbies are intimidating, time-consuming, take away from the fun, and give me anxiety and headaches🤦🏼‍♀️…Thank goodness ZYNGA isn’t guilty of any of those! Instead, they keep it current but straightforward, streamlined and FUN so you can devote yourself to playing games and having fun. Finally, BDC and all Zynga games have only top shelf graphics and artistry…What’s not to like ?? 🤷‍♀️My only gripe is a long-standing one where,for some unknown reason, I cannot collect on the $2B free coin notification I get every other day or so and it ‘s been frustrating and teasing me now going on 5-6 yrs! The one star represents after your latest upgrade. After a couple spins the wheels never stops. You have to exit the game and you lose your bet. I had 23 billion before the upgrade and now I am down to 200k. FIX THE PROBLEM (on Smoothie)

While I am well aware that this is just a game for the purpose of entertainment, I am very disappointed in the fact that I lost over 4 years of progress playing it and was forced to start over from day one. Currently I am about ten seconds from just deleting the entire game and the app. Very disappointed in that no one in your so called customer support has been able to do anything to restore my progress to this point.

I like all the game choices, my only complaint is when exiting a game you have to start at the beginning of the carousel and scroll through all the games again to go to the last game you played. Please fix it so when you exit the game you are playing you stay in the same spot.

Was once enjoyable to play. Some games failing to load. No fix after contact, just throw points to customer. Guess it’s about time to delete.

I’ve been playing this game for years and was at ruby level and since there last update over a month ago you all took away everything I worked so hard to get so now I’m back to ground zero starting over and I’m not Happy about at all. What happened to double lucky bonus games??

I play everyday. One day this week it showed I had a few million points. The day before I had 13 trillion points. What happened?

UPDATE: I had a bizarre payout for a stupendous spin and have been trying to contact Support since it occurred THREE DAYS AGO. This site is quickly becoming the worse casino I have ever played. I have never gone so long for a Support response in all my years playing lots of casino games. My fear is that Support is ignoring me until it will have been to long since the problem occurred that their records no longer go back that far and that there is nothing they can do. Have played this game for a few years. Got my bank up to a respectable 9+ billion. Enjoyed a few of the games and suddenly overnight I received a message of welcome that I was a new player. All of my games were locked. All of my coins were gone. All of the levels I earned were gone. I tried to contact them and the automated system didn’t cover what I was having issues with. Was prompted to connect through Facebook to get any answers. I don’t do that. There are other games for me to play. Bye and good luck.

I used to really like this game but over the last few months I have had a lot of issues. Attempting to play a bonus game often crashes especially the safari game. Also lately I get an error ever time I try to gift my friends. Switching from vip to main lobby causes the game to reload. Overall it’s still fun but frustrating

Am very disappointed in the game. Before you changed the game I was at black diamond level and had accumulated a lot of points.

I reported this last week and have not gotten a resolve nor my correct payout of coins. I was 1st place winner and was to receive 14T in coins and only got 14M. That is false advertisement at best! I see that you are running the same game of Jungle Flips again this week promising the same rewards: 1st place 14T; 2nd place 8T and 3rd place 4T. How can you run this game again and have not corrected the first issue I reported last week?

Shortly after the latest update to this game, the ability to send spins to friends stopped. I play on a new iPad. When I get a bonus now, an error screen pops up that says “param filters must be an array.” Please fix this. The game worked fine before the latest update.

Fun games However I wish you would unlock all the other games as well. Other casino slots usually have all their slot machines open. That’s why I won’t spend money on your slots because it’s always the same one that you have and they get boring.

Their latest update has issue with VPN- if you use VPN for internet security, message ‘No connection detected’ shows up and you can’t open the App. Just disable VPN and Open the App, turn it back on, you will be fine.

You can go weeks with very few wins. Takes forever to level up. To go from bronze to the next silver and so on you have to spend hundreds of dollars buying coins just beware.

This game used to be fun but now every time you turn around something is gone missing off of your app. Things are starting to end early and it’s just no fun to play anymore is no fun buying coins because half the time you don’t get them and then when you try to get your money back they don’t they don’t see where you purchased them and so you lose your money. This game really used to be fine but I don’t know I’m just not happy with it anymore and if it doesn’t get any better, I’ll be deleting it.

The app keeps giving me error messages. The game is fun, but this glitch is irritating. Also when I first started playing, there were much better slot games, they take them away as soon as I start enjoying it. 2023 Update: game doesn’t glitch as much anymore! But the available games are boring. They’ve taken away pretty much every game I used to love playing. A couple of years ago the game selection began going downhill fast.

If you want to play for more than 5 minutes, ask your credit card to increase your limit. Then come up with a good reason to tell your family you can’t afford to buy them food and shelter. This game is a very disappointing rip off. Pretty much like actual slots except the few times you do win, you can’t actually cash out.

Really enjoyed the machines in the past but constant failure to load the games or just being terminated because you want to play the flip was to much. I had accumulated a great bank and probably it is unrecoverable if the reload works. Truly a sad situation, does anyone beta test before going live?
